MC Shabba D is a legend of the drum and bass scene. He started on Weekend Rush back in the day and then became a regular on Kool Fm. In 1992, aged just 15 he was MC'ing at Telepathy in London and soon was getting booked for all the main raves. Around 2000 he formed the S.A.S with Skibba who were the top act in the scene for nearly 7 years. He went on to form his own label, agency (Highly Blessed) and rave (MC Convention) and has toured all over the world.
Some rumours ive heard about Shabba over the years include that he released a successful punk song in Japan and that he has spent time in Jamaica learning patois.
Now fronting the Higher Level camp of MC's.
