Daddy Freddy

Daddy Freddy's fast paced toasting style was perhaps an influence for Hyper D and other MC's of the day. He once held the Guinness world record for being the fastest MC in the world. He came to London from Jamaica in the late 80's and blew people away with his sick flows. Although predominately a dancehall MC he has worked with Congo Natty, appeared on Kool FM and as a special guest at some raves. There is no doubt that his style has influenced many drum and bass MC's. He is an internationally recognised recording artist having had no 1 hits in Jamaica and collaborating with artists like Salt n Peppa and Cypress Hill. His voice has been sampled in countless hip hop and dance tracks. Legend.
